Great experience here! We had a Kenworth T-260 with with issues on Christmas Eve. I had called around to several shops along the drivers route because of the holiday no one would assist him. I spoke to the service department prior to the drivers arrival. The service department took time to listen to me and we’re ready for the driver when he arrived they got him back on the road within hours. All around good people and a good company to do business with!
Arrived in Valdosta Monday for an emissions failure, was told parts would be in Tuesday morning, they were spot on. Repairs were made and I was up and running Tuesday afternoon. Great service, techs and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would gladly do business with these folks again.
Unit was down for 1.5 days for a water pump issue. Friendly staff, could communicate eta better with waiting drivers.
Fast friendly shop, Tractor was completed fast then expected!! Thanks KW techs
