Wonderful customer service. Clean and organized store, Knowledgeable staff. Best prices we found. Overall Wonderful experience. We will definitely drive an hour to do business with this store!

I arrived at Battery Source at 5:22 P.M. They close at 6:00. I needed a battery and was told I could buy it but he “couldn’t put it in because they close at 6:00.” One thing COVID had done is shot a hole in customer service. This will be remembered LONG after COVID is gone. Went to Auto Zone for a battery and got great service. Very sad because I have gone to Battery Source for years and purchased batteries for everything from a lawn mower to an RV. I do not plan on EVER returning. After all, replacing a battery took 15-20 minutes. SORRY CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Went in for a battery for my key fob on my Honda. They had just what I needed and the guy at the counter was very knowledgeable and I was in and out in 10 minutes.
