Great company, made up of great people doing great work. I know first hand.
We had Control 4 installed with promises of innovation and ease of use. We've had nothing but trouble with continuous faults with the system and and failures. As most technology necessitates, we now are in need of several upgrades which we only learned about because of multiple failing systems, NOT a contact indicating such. We have been unable to get timely responses from the owners who seem to only care about spending time at their vacation homes and selling new expensive systems.
AVS consistently exceeds my exceptions in both my commercial and residential needs. Their administrative staff is always prompt and easy to deal with. They have the most knowledgeable technicians in town and always conduct business in a professional manner. Highly recommend giving Mike and Steve a call.
