Definitely wouldn’t recommend for a washer I bought it new I thought.. but it keep leaking water & not cutting own ever time they “fix” it does the same thing really aggravating I was better off buying a used one for cheap that work better than this one ud83eudd26ud83cudffe♀ufe0f
I love them I appreciate them. Cedric , Mr. Bobby, and staff I have not one bad thing to say. They treat me right.
They have good quality furniture and appliances and electronics they work with you can I get you a low down payment where you can enjoy their products
This is very sad its been almost 2 months Stove been broken then I get a nasty call September 12th at 1pm from Amber at the store they ain't fixing it so I can give them a time to pick it up. But she didn't know I had talk to the manager days ago pending my payment if the repairs can't be made. So she says the manager ain't here and we gonna stop the service order. They have went down no good customer service anymore at that store the people rude to the black customers now they don't know what is going on inside the store anymore don't have repairs or replacements anymore. Poor customers service from the new staff the older ones are still nice and care bout the customer but I been with them for years and it has got to be the worst thing I dealt with from them hanging up on me rude and insulting unprofessional behavior.
The staff here is amazing! Pleasant, easy to talk to and above all eager to give you the best deal. They stand behind their products and have no issue with correcting or replacing a broken item! Ill definitely becoming back in the future
