Friendly and reasonable prices customer service is excellent!
In the beginning they were willing to work with me. I didn't really have any problems. When my mother in law got sick and I had to start financing weekly trips for my partner to see her, things changed. They became rude, unwilling to work with me, and eventually came to pick up the stuff. I am not sure if I will even continue with them, just because of the negative experience. It's a shame, because I used to recommend them to all my friends.nnValencia at that store is completely rude. She is very unprofessional.
Great place to purchase the products you need. Everyone acknowledged me with professional yet out going customer service, I felt like a friend not just another customer. Also they made sure I was protected agaisnt the Covid by requiring all who enter to wear a mask and Maintian distance which made for a great experience.
