After paying way too much for a pair of little boys shoes, I decided to return them 10 minutes later (with the box/receipt). I was told they never accept returns and shown a small piece of paper on the countertop stating such. After going back and forth with the sales lady who had JUST helped me, I was finally given a store credit. They will no longer have my business. Don’t expect them to stay in business much longer based on their bad business practices and crazy prices. Shopping local is almost always better but Just don’t go.
We love buying shoes here. They measure your kid's foot and are knowledgeable about what shoes run big or small. They have lots of half-sizes to choose from. Great customer service. They sell other things too, but it's the shoes that keep us coming back.
I saw a pair of shoes for my granddaughter that were on clearance, the owner of the store set them a side for me until I could come back with her, measure her little feet to ensure they fit. Yes, I bought them couldn't resist, they were 50% off of $70, her first pair of mini Melissa.nnI thought the whole customer service was great because she could have sold the shoe and not insist I return to go the measurements.
