I had heard from a friend that the teriyaki chicken broth and broccoli bowl was phenomenal and knowing that I need healthy choices in my life I drove across town to purchase one just now... it was 11+ dollars for just the bowl and a piece of bread which I can’t have including tax… I was more than willing to pay that for a healthy option… Of course the photos I’ll show that the bowl is full… I opened it up while sitting in the window and as you can see in this photo the portion I was served barely covered the bottom. The manager came to the window and asked me if I needed some help and I just mention that I felt like there’s a portion especially for the price that I just spent was possibly incorrect… He informed me that this was what they served at every Panera bread in the franchise… I’m having a very hard time believing that this is acceptable for Panera bread standards especially viewing their advertisements on this item. On the bright side it is absolutely delicious… I just wish that they would fill the order to value.... What a shame because I would buy this on a regular basis.nnIt did not let me show the photo of what I was given however I did put it in the photos on Google… So refer to those photos.

This has to be the worst Panera Bread I’ve been to! I order curbside and had to wait over 20 minutes to receive my food, after about 20 minutes of waiting I decided to go inside and see where my food was, and they hadn’t even started making it. Honestly, they were not that busy at the time I went and had plenty of workers working, but when I walked in they had a line of customers from drive thru, curbside, and in-store customers waiting on their food cause none of their orders were correct and they all were missing food items. I definitely do not recommend this location they definitely can all use a little more training!

Always very good.. very quiet for studying. The soups and salad is one of my favorite dish.

The Valdosta location is terrible. I have it 2 stars because the staff is very friendly and professional, and I ultimately got my money back, but they lack training. There is no reason I should be waiting over 25 minutes for a basic curb side order on the app (two bagels) just to be told you “didn’t see it on the list”. Even when they bring it out quickly, the last few times they’ve given me the wrong order and I had to wait longer for them to get it right. The Tifton and Tallahassee locations never gave me any issues, so it’s just this one that’s trash. I really don’t want to patronize them again, but the nearest one is 45 minutes away.nnAdvice: tighten up.
