Booked a load with this company. The load required permits, so I got the permits according to the dimensions given by the broker. My driver got there to load. Not only was it almost a foot wider than what was quoted, it was also 8,000 lbs more than what was quoted. I had to redo every single permit. Broker said he would get updated rate con. We delivered the load, and now almost a WEEK LATER, the broker won't answer the phone, won't respond to e-mails, and STILL hasn't sent updated rate con! Would not give this company a single star if it were up to me, but unfortunately have to leave at least one. CARRIERS BEWARE!!!!!!!
Chris Fasnacht is very unprofessional. I will never book a load with him. He lie me about weight. When I call him about more money he wanted to cancel my load and find new drivers. On the phone he was so rude.
This company want too put 11 wide and 90,000 lb loads as General freight. I don't know why or how company they get this idea. But I wouldn't hual loads that require permits, waiting for daylight and reduce speeds too 55 in Arizona for General freight pay.nThese are the same people who had multiple occupations and have failed at it miserably then they come into the transportation industry and want to change things around and be manipulative and change the rules. Thanks too social media word gets around faster today then the 80s.
