This place is horrible!! This place has alot of security cameras but yet someone managed to break into my storage unit and wipe it clean of all the tools I had in it about 25000 dollars worth. No one knew I even lived in Georgia or knew where the unit was so I believe this was a inside job. Once I notified the office the lady seemed as if she didn't want me to contact the police but proceeded to continually tell me to call the uhaul claims people. Then she also tells me that I didn't have insurance with uhaul that I put my home owner insurance would take care of it... Wait what no when I called uhaul they set up my truck and storage unit with the insurance on it I never had renters insurance so why would I tell them that. So if anyone has anything at this storage unit please move it els where and new people go somewhere els. This place is a joke and they will set you up and steal your stuff

I was in need of a vehicle while my transport was being repaired. Only a short walk from truck dealer and they rented me a van. Since I didn't have to drive far it worked out perfectly. Better than renting a car for the week! It was simple as a day by day deal. My wife had to call and rebook it a few times and Summer was friendly and helpful. Thanks again

We had such a bad experience with you uhaul in McDonough. We signed the contract on Sunday so we can move everythinf in on Monday. When we arrive, our card would not work and we had to try it many times. Finally after many tries, we were able to get in only to discover our unit is locked. Being our first time using a storage space, the team Corey did not tell us that we had to put the lock we purchased directly from them on the unit immediately. We were also not told that the loading door is not 24 hours access. So even if we could get in, we have to use the regular door. Again no one told us that. Now we have all our stuff that the movers had to pack into our apartment garage. When the general manager Summer and explained the situation, all she would offer was $50 for our compensation. That is like a slap in the face! Seriously??? Is that the best they can do to deal with a situation? They could have offered to take the things from the current location to the unit since it is only 5 mins away or compensate us more than $50 coz it would mean getting more help. We can’t move the items due to our health. Now we are having a hard time to get our stuff from the garage to the storage space. This place is not willing to work with customers.

Unprofessional team.. everyone needs training on the products that they offer. The interaction went downhill when the representative who was helping me decided to stop helping me to take care of, what appeared, to be an angry customer.. which wasn’t a big deal until the two individuals who stepped in was incompetent on the products they offered. I had a simple question about the coverage I was purchasing and they ignored me and looked away. When it was noticeable that I was agitated the rep who was originally helping me stepped in and she directed me to the 1800 number, which I can understand of it was a question that needed a detail answer, but it wasn’t. For the rest of the transaction she was annoyed and it showed! When in fact, I should have been the one who was annoyed when she stopped helping me to take care of someone else. Simple communication can go a long way. Please make sure employees know the products that they are offering and if they don’t, make sure they can properly communicate that they, simple don’t know but can find the answer out. The one star is for the unprofessionalism that was displayed during the rest of the transaction, no apology.. just attitude!

The grounds ard absolutely stunning & immaculate. The customer service is horrible. I waited to close my unit over 30 minutes in line. Will not come back here again.
