Home and recreations what can I say but nothing but a positive review for this company.nnSo I wanted a pool table and needed the item installed before March 20th, 2021. So less than a week before my house warming.nnHome and recreations had beautiful pool tables and it was hard to make a pick. Thanks to the staff for helping me pick my wonderful pool table and installing the slated pool table before my house warming!!!!nnSeriously thanks a million I will be returning back 3 thumbs up!ud83dudc4dud83cudffcud83dudc4dud83cudffcud83dudc4dud83cudffc

Today I went into Home Recreation for the first time. The staff were very helpful and extremely pleasant. Their customer service was on point! As I were leaving out I expressed to Miss D that my boys lost their basketball that went to their electronic basketball game and she immediately, without hesitation, reach and gave me two mini basketballs. I am so grateful for her thoughtfulness and kind gesture. I would highly recommend paying them a visit.You will not be disappointed with their service.

I absolutely LOVE this place. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable about all their products from green egg to pinball machines and especially hot tubs. They have the best prices. They walk you step by step through the whole process from purchase to delivery, setup and everything in between. Awesone staff. Thanks Again for all you did for us. You went above and beyond anything we expected.

Called to get pricing on Pool table felt Was quoted a price call back to schedule a pick up and was told they don’t sell to the public anymore but they will sell it to me anyway because she already gave me a quote a price I was told they were going to call me back when they get someone at the warehouse I’ll reach back out after no call back and told me they wasn’t gonna be able to sell it to me after they told me twice they would I wasted a whole day waiting I work six days a week and now I can’t have my pool table ready for the family that’s in town Ruined my whole weekend and they didn’t even care felt very discriminated against as I look through these comments I see is a pattern

1 star but really only 1/2 star. Delivered damaged hot tub and no owners manual. said it would be 2 weeks to fix crack. 2 weeks later , said it would be about 3 more weeks for epoxy kit, and schedule visit. After 3 weeks,Talked to manager owner he said he would personally see that it was taken care of. Asked to speak with manager again and said, he was out! would call back that day for sure. Its been 4 months now. $7000 cracked hot tub.
