Terrible customer service with a flawed check in system. They had me put my name in at the front for help with a laptop. My name never was transferred to the department. After waiting for my name to be called. I finally asked if someone could help out in the department. Customer service rep was annoyed that my name didn't get sent back and seemed to be annoyed that he had to help me. I left without making a purchase. Best Buy is a great store, but choose a different location. They apologized at the door on my way out. Don't be sorry, be better.
My visit was excellent, I needed a new computer and though I did not have a large budget my sales person was very attentive and helped me select the perfect device. She was so good my son decided to get a computer also! Great experience.
