I had a very wonderful experience with this store! The rep who helped me, Mike, was so nice and he knew exactly how to help me. He made sure I understood how my new phone worked and explained everything to me so well! It was so refreshing to work with a rep who was so kind and patient!
I have nothing but good things to say about this location. I’ll start with the store manager, her name is Julia, she is the best around. Julia and all the staff are always able to help me and understand what I need. This has to be my T-Mobile store.
