Friendly associates and good service. I had an issue getting my new phone registered with my account, the young lady (whose name, unfortunately, slips my mind) was a huge help! Best experience from a visit to a Metro store in years.

This location is ok. I've purchased 2 phones because SmartPay requires you go to the same location to purchase. But while there getting my 2nd device I was charged twice. The man there asked me to come back once it posted .Now I'm back and there is a sign saying back in 30 min. But I've been sitting outside for 40 and no one is back. So, unprofessional.
