Staff was in attentive and acted like they did not want to be there. My wife asked an assistant manager to replace the cracked glass screen protector on my phone. Not only did she wait over an hour but he replaced my screen protector with a plastic one for the wrong phone type
Justin (RAM). At this location was more than helpful. Over 55 we had many questions about technology. Justin was patient & never made us feel stupid. We recommend t mobile for these reasons. Pain free switch today March 22, 2021.

I got locked out of my iPhone and frantically went into this T-mobile store. Much to my surprise an AWESOME rep by the name of Isaiah immediately corrected the problem and would not let me leave until he was sure all was well.
