Hi, my name is Kevin and I've had the pleasure of stopping by this store yesterday for my daughter, shopping for something quick. Upon entering the store I was greeted immediately from 2 ladies working. Store was a little pack yesterday but Jasmine made sure she came over explained that she or the other lady would help assist soon. The staff was great and music was lovely as I browsed around. When it was my turn in line Jasmine had this amazing deal which remember I only needed something quick but the deal was smoking hot so I left out with a Phone and a Tablet. Thank you Metro Staff for offering and helping me save money in the long run. Y'all are incredible at this location.

Excellent customer service where you won't feel pressured to buy anything. I went on a Saturday morning, not too busy to upgrade my phone. The reps are very knowledgeable and don't try to up sale you. I checked out what I wanted online before going and was encouraged to learn even more at the store. They had a nice vibe with music playing and Jasmine was the best!

I had stop going to this metro location because of a rude manager until today. I decided to give it another chance after a year since this location is convenient for me. I entered the location and was greeted by a very professional metro pcs customer service staff Alicia. She has such a professional greeting that I couldn't believe it was the same establishment, she made me feel like a valued customer. and showed me everything I would need for my new phone which I purchased. To add even more to the great experience was the new manager Jasmine who was also very professional in making sure I was very satisfied with my purchase, and apologized for the bad service I had received from that location a year ago. If anyone has ever received bad service from this location, please know the new staff will make you feel appreciated.

The staff at this location is top notch. They are very professional and extremely helpful. I drive 15 to 20 miles just to go to this particular store.
