I was there yesterday at 2PM to take pictures, they said the person who takes pictures not there and they told me come back after 4PM. I want to make sure and call them at 5PM they said the person who takes pictures not there. (Lucky I didn’t come there).nAnd this morning I called again and waited about 10 minutes but nobody answered my phone. Horrible service.
They deserve no stars. Rude. Placed online photo order that was guaranteed to arrive at store for pickup a few days ago. I am still waiting for my order that was paid in full. Photo lab rude, lacks knowledge, and the personnel working obviously hates their job and dealing with people. The store is nasty. Save yourself the headache and your business to another company.
Total mess. Nothing stocked. Merchandise scattered everywhere . Carts outside...not corralled and in road if parking lot. Slow cashiers and customer service. No customer service. Horrible!
