Manny and David are liars!! Customer service is terrible. BF Bought a TV brought it home and it smelled like URINE. We complained but they wouldn’t help. We wiped it down and It stopped working a couple months after purchasing. They ordered a particular electronic device to make up for the faulty TV and have it ready for pickup within 2 weeks. It’s been 6 months and nothing but the run around. They are avoiding handling business. Buyer BEWARE. They lie to shut you up. This place will take your money. Corporate just rings. Lesson learned. Save your money and buy elsewhere or they will play with your money and emotions. Rent-A-Center in McDonaugh literally stinks!!!

I spoke to three people within a 24 hour timeframe and was told conflicting information each time. Very unreliable and very unprofessional.

Staff (GM?)was courteous and friendy. He basically told me that RAC was unwilling to work with me because I had only two personal references. I even told the GM that I was willing to pay the entire cost of the short term rental up front. No deal. So......., I put my money back in my pocket and went home. If they do not want my business, that is their problem, not mine. The two stars are for the GM. RAC as a whole gets zilch.

They are very rude when you speak to them on the phone. Alex who is supposed to be a manager is very unprofessional once my items is paid off I will never use them again, had to end a call today with someone that is new there because they were talking to me as if I was a child, Manny had been great to deal with but all the others need help or need to find a different job
