Just called to check on an order that I placed 5 days ago. The phone was transferred around 3 times and the third time I spoke with someone it was an incredibly rude woman. I was told my order had been canceled because my card declined. I never received a call or email to tell me my order had been canceled. I also never received a message from my bank notifying me of a declined card, so it's likely the fault was on their end. I was just ordering some extra stuff I needed for a Baby Shower, but she told me they wouldn't print that because of copyright. I then informed her that I had already ordered and picked up the exact same stuff and that this was extra. Also that it wasn't copyright because I purchased the pdf file I used. She then tried to shift the blame and essentially refused to print my order. This has become a huge hassle for me because I needed it today for a Baby Shower tomorrow.

Office Depot did great by bringing Khalid onto their team! Thanks to him Office Depot made a sale that could have been lost to Amazon. He also made us want to continue to come in store. Thank you Khalid for your patience and help!

Have not been to any Office Depot in years. Only due to Amazon having a lot of things I want lol. However I really needed an L shape desk to surprise my wife. Upon walking in I was greeted by this tall guy who was super nice. (I forgot his name but he was brown skin) He walked me to the desks and had great customer service. I asked him about the different options and he knew his stuff! I found the perfect desk and picked it out. He got a cart and communicated with the cashier as I walked to the front. The cashier was also nice, I forgot her name too (kinda shorter brown skin) She asked if I was a member and I told her no. She then nicely explained to me what it was and signed me up. I'll keep coming back to this location, because they have so much in stock and now Amazon may become my 2nd option lol! Also everybody was super nice and helpful! Keep up the great work and thanks for everything!

I called to get some prices on Canon TS3122 printer ink. The associate who finally answered the phone after opening the line twice with a yelled Office Depot and then clicked off finally answering the phone after 13 minutes and when she finally did she didn't allow me to finish my sentence/request for info. Instead she put me on hold quickly and came back on telling me she had nothing I wanted then when I asked for alternative cartridges and price she said those weren't in stock and hung up on me. I'm sure if she listened and didn't act like customers calling for info were a bother to her the Customer service experience would have been a great one. If I could give 0 stars...I would.

Unless you have an hour to wait, DO NOT GO HERE. The manager watched 8-9 people stand in line for 45 minutes to an hour waiting to use the self-service printers while she assisted every other customer that walked in the door immediately.nnI would have been a lot more patient if she had attempted to help, but when anyone in the printer line asked if she could print behind the counter to speed up the process, they were simply told no. Being understaffed is no excuse for the lack of customer service that I saw today.
