Told my watch would be there Monday called to find out were it was. I was lied to and told well it may or may not be there on Monday. I am still waiting on a phone call to tell if I am getting it or not. My brithday is now ruined cause of you thank will never go there again. Time to switch providers. Save your self yhe time and frustration do not go there ever.
This place is amazing and has the best service. I'm always happy here and people treat you with legit kindness. I will always love this Verizon store.

Great customer service
Terrible experience! We changed our minds and told the guy not to process the order, but he did anyway. Then, he missed the delivery by UPS. Went back by the store and again asked them to cancel the order. The next day phones are delivered, but the order is still showing processed on the account. Spent 2 hours on phone with Verizon, and the issue can’t be resolved until they can speak with someone at the store. What a hassle!
