from the moment you walk in you are greeted by friendly staff. once they go over the reason you are in they continue to keep you up to date on your product. they make recommendations but do not strong arm you into anything or try and upsell you on other items. if I ever have any other computer issues with any of my products they will be the first ones i go to. great job Kendall and your entire 1010 staff.
The communication was 2nd to none! I was very impressed from the moment I called. Very professional and thorough staff. I could tell they were more knowledgeable than others I called.nnI then arrived and it was a very neat and I was impressed with the storefront.nnThey exceeded my expectations again with their communication via email, phone, and text. My son computer was operating slower than normal so I decided to take it to 1010Computers for service. They did a great job identifying the problem and correcting the issue in a timely manner.
