I’m giving this 5 star because of the sale associate Mrs. Yolanda Byrd. She went out of her way to make sure I was able to get my furniture delivered. At the time of purchase; the management told me they weren’t delivering. Thanks Mrs. Byrd.
This place has friendly helpful staff that followed up great once the order came in. What we ordered was perfect. Totally happy with the experience.
Great prices, good selection and very friendly staff. In need of furniture, check around then look here. I did and discovered the pricing can't be beat here. Plus the friendliness of the staff makes for a great buying experience. They also offer financing in this time of need. I'm happy I found this place. Next purchase for my new home will be from here for sure.
Love the customer service. Upfront and honest. And strive to get the best pricing for their customers. Teresa, Brandi and Rochelle (i hope i spelled their names right) are absolutely amazing. They truly made my experience a great one. Ask for one of these ladies, they will get you taken care of.
The staff in this store has been more than expected. The customer service was above the many I have seen in furniture stores; especially Teresa. I have good quality furniture from them and have never had a bad experience here and have been shopping there since 2010. I had one problem and they fixed it quickly.
