Janet (the manager) is unbelievably helpful and smart. I needed two chairs to match a 60's dinette set. Customized fabric and metal color for a beyond reasonable price. Highly recommended.
There are some things you just shouldn’t buy online. Chairs are one of those things! I was delighted to browse the selection of chairs and stools at Chair Fair and was also surprised to find out that almost every chair they have on display can be ordered in a variety of materials and color ways. Once we picked out two perfect bar stools, Chair Fair even gave us LOANER STOOLS for the time being while we waited for our order to be delivered and assembled. Amazing customer service that you hardly find anywhere, especially online. Will never buy another chair from anywhere else

We drove nearly an hour to visit the Chair Fair with the hope of getting a good idea on what was available in terms of kitchen island stools/chairs. We walked away with placing our order. The selection was enormous.nJanet could not have been more helpful. She was extremely patient with us, explained the respective pros and cons of the various styles and answered all our questions. Very professional. We received our custom order within the stated lead time (~8-9 weeks) and could not be happier.
Chair Fair has by far the most extensive selection of barstools, etc. in Eastern Massachusetts, the sales consultants and support staff are extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. I can not recommend Chair Fair more highly.
