Was a very comfortable buying experience . Michael, our salesman, was very helpful without being pushy. We had come in to look at two particular sofas and in spending time talking to us and understanding my wife's back issues recommended another sofa that was priced similarly to the other two but was more comfortable and had the support my wife needed. Overall a great experience and would use Bernie and Phyl's again and would recommend Michael to anyone looking to be listened to and helped out.

I'm a first time shopper at Bernie & Phyl's and it was a very pleasant shopping experience. Cynthia was very helpful, and pleasant as well. I've been searching for a leather living room set and found they had a variety that I had not seen in others well known stores. I look forward to another pleasant shopping experience soon!

Bernie's has been my go to furn store for a while now! Kitchen set, love it still, about 4 yrs later. Huge leather recliner, awesome! Today was my 3rd mattress set within 1 yr. , for my bedrooms!! Couldn't be happier! I will continue to have this company for my future furn needs! Thank you Dave, for your help with today's purchase!!!❤

Went in today with a very specific item in mind and came out 20 minutes later very happy. Salesman Mike was great showed me just what I was looking for and price was right. Good experience. Will definitely go again next time I am in the market for furniture.

As pleasant an experience as possible during Covid and the major delays getting some of the furniture I ordered 6 weeks ago. But in all fairness they tell you when you order the APPROXIMATE time in which you can expect your furniture. Phil has been very pleasant and helpful throughout this process. Also Bruce in the mattress department took so much personalized time with me picking the most suitable mattress for me.
