My husband and I stopped in to try out some two seated strollers. We had our minds set on one brand based on online reviews that we had read. Kevin helped us out and was so awesome. He helped us choose a better stroller for our family and spent time with us demonstrating all the features and capabilities. We were very pleased with our experience in store. Kevin needs a raise for sure! I come from a customer service retail background and he went above and beyond expectations.

Update your hours on here please. Drove 40 min to find out it closed over 2 hours ago. Needed item for upcoming baby shower gift. Now gotta come back again when I find time or just say forget it and look elsewhere

Ordered online because we received a gift card at our baby shower. Was sent the wrong size outfit, i Ordered 9 months and they sent 6 months. I submitted 3 requests online to speak with someone within 2 weeks and never received a response and each time you call there's over an hour wait to speak with a representative. Terrible service and will not be doing anymore business with them.

We ordered a sit me up chair on July 15th. A week later it still had not shipped and we learned it would not get to us in time so we canceled the order. We were told we would receive a refund within 2-3 weeks which did not happen. Waited hours to talk to customer service and was told to wait a couple more days. Its now Sept. 3rd and we still haven't receieved our refund nor can we get in touch with customer service. Very disappointed and unexpected from such a well known store. Stear clear.
