This location used to be five stars. But now they just randomly make my drink the way they feel. I told the several times I get Dunkin’ every morning that’s not the right drink. They of course argue and say that’s it. Then remake it and it’s right. At $5 per drink please do better. FYI the Hudson bridge location is hands down the best always 5 stars!!!!!!!

Stopped in last Thursday and wanted to shout out Regina and her coworkers for making delicious coffee. The ladies were courteous and professional. My husband had a Peppermint Iced Latte and I had the Caramel Macchiato. Both were delicious! Thanks ladies!! The next time we're in the area, we plan to stop in.

On my way to work I pass this location, It treasures me 45 minutes to get to work. No matter how early I get to DD and if there are two or three cars ahead of me... I’m going to wait 15 minutes or longer. This morning I just got out of the line and went up to Starbucks and there were about 6 cars in front of me and the line went fast. I’m so tired of trying to give this place a chance. And it’s not just the week days but the weekends too. The staff isn't the friendliest either.

Food is okay, but they are unbelievably slow. Every fast food place these days, with the exception of Chickfila, is just trash at fulfilling orders at even a moderately acceptable speed. Drive-thrus in general have become a joke.

No stars. Every time I come to this location they get my order wrong because they’re too busy joking around. I have no problem with anyone joking around at their job but make it a task to at least get the customer’s order right too. I always go into the store to tell them my order is wrong and they catch an attitude. I’m always polite and chill about it but I’m fed up at this point this has happened several times. It’s always this location I have a problem at.
