What a joke! Waited in line at drive thru for almost an hour to pick up a mobile order which I SHOULD have been able to just pick up in store, but found both doors were locked. I would have simply left and happily spent my money elsewhere had I not already payed. When asked, their only response was they are understaffed. I suggest they figure it out or they'll be out of business. I definitely won't be going back.
Ordered sandwich. Was informed, out of tomatoes. I then asked if I could replace with avocados. Was not told it would cost $.89 more. Was not given choice to decline the extra cost,...just charged extra. Also on several previous occasions, asked for apple instead of baguettes, but received baguettes.
This is the third time I have visited this location and it seems to get worse every time I go. The staff always leaves me feeling like they hate their job. This is one location that needs self serve kiosks! After waiting in line I was informed they were out of soup, tomatoes, bacon, avocados and certain bread. Cashier definitely could of cared less if we stayed or not. We decided to leave and go somewhere else in shopping center.
Quick and easy
Drive thru customer service is horrible. Went last night and they were basically out of everything .
