Customer service is terrible. Publix need a whole new staff for this store.

I don't like that the mask mandate isn't enforced.nThe employees are nice. It's kind of pricey but the meat department is excellent! I enjoy the seafood department. It never smells and that lady is so very helpful and knowledgeable.nI really like Joseph and Anika... so helpful and personable.nI just wish they'd make more effort to enforce the mask mandate.
Debbie(night manager)I am still upset from how you treated me today! Today was my first time using a Wic check so I didn’t have a full understanding of how things go.... Debbie you were rude, mean and insensitive. Not only did you make me feel less than but you also humiliated me in front of other customers as well as the cashier who apologize for you over and over. You should be ashamed of your actions. There are so many people losing their lives and people they love. You are healthy and still working able to provide for your family maybe next time show a little compassion. Try and actually help.. if you are that unhappy with Publix quit don’t tare other people apart just because you’re miserable!
Great location. The fresh meat specials sell fast, so go early. Very popular deli. They sell chicken that tastes better than most faster food restaurants in the area. Best chicken: the spicy breaded wings.
