Depending on who's working, the coffee is good and service is great..... This morning was a different story. Coffee tasted like water and didn't get the right donuts I requested. The dining room is rarely open, and a few of the staff are very rude.

The girl at the window knowingly passed me a drink with Whole milk. I requested almond milk, and the window knew it. She was smart to ask the barista, who lied to her. The common sense thing to do is remake it, just be sure. Order #939 wants a refund, I can’t drink this. You didn’t give me a receipt for the order either.nnLet me add this, please pressure wash your building. It’s gross looking at dried spit around the window while I’m waiting ten minutes for the wrong order to be remade wrong again.

Drive through took 20 minutes with only 4 cars in front. It is normal for this location to take a long time. They won’t take orders at the counter but will allow customers to dine in the seating area. (What?) The coffee and donuts are usually pretty good.

I went to the drive thru for a coffee. I paid via credit card. To my surprise I was charge for two separate charges. I went in immediately and talked to Danielle. She told me that she could refund me for the coffee (which was $4.91). I wasn’t concerned about that charge. I was irritated about the separate $6.47 that posted to my credit card. For all those who frequent this coffee shop, CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD!!!!!!! I won’t be back and I’ll fight like hell about my money. I don’t care if it was 2 cents. It’s mine abs I don’t like people/businesses who steal!!!
