I’ve had several storage units at different facilities & this one was the best! Especially working with Kissah.. ask for her! She is THE best.. super helpful, nice, & an overall pleasure to work with. If you need a unit, ask for her!
Asia and Kissah were incredibly helpful and so cheerful and pleasant - even in the middle of COVID. I was helped immediately and by the time I signed my contract, I felt like we were old friends. I was a little stressed about getting my storage unit further away from my house than I wanted, but after this experience, I have NO REGRETS!!! The facility is clean, and well maintained. I was able to get the size I needed on the first floor, which was really important to me. My usual storage company (U-Haul) did not have what I needed, and I am so glad they did not because I never would have known that such wonderful service was possible. THANK YOU Asia and Kissah for making my move a little easier. I appreciate you so much!
It was an easy process to get a storage unit and the front desk staff was nice and efficient.
I used this storage unit for a little over a year while I traveled for nursing. From the first day of setting it up to the last day of canceling (only due to moving back to an apt) everyone was so friendly and helpful, always easy to contact someone, they got me the best deal monthly, the unit itself was so clean, easy to access, great security, I wouldn’t use another storage unit other than cubesmart in the future. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Definitely recommend!
Kissah is wonderful to work with, she helped us easily take care of everything right around Christmas time when everything is crazy. Definitely worth coming here for the customer service and easily accessible units!
