Spotless facility and fair pricing. The manager, Theresa, set us up in a unit using the online discounts. She was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Plenty of carts and dollies to use for move-in. On multiple occasions we saw Theresa wiping down the elevators, bathrooms, common areas. Safe, affordable, and immaculate!

This was my first time using a storage locker in nearly 20 years and was not sure what to expect. Theresa’s chatty personality was delightful and I truly appreciated her patient and thoughtful explanations. Teresa at the Sandy Springs, GA location is ABSOLUTELY THE VERY BEST Heaven sent Angel that this company has working for them. She needs a raise, a bonus, and company paid vehicle for the excellent customer service she ALWAYS provides. She is always kind, professional, and more than willing to go the extra mile for her customers. She is very knowledgeable about the company, inventory, pricing, availability, etc. You name it...she knows it!!! Everyone on the staff that I met were genuinely nice people. I walked in, the young lady at the desk was polite. She prepared the information for my rental. I was shopping around at first. It was an easy transition to being taken up to see a couple of units. Mark was thoughtful of my requests and helped me get the best deal. I was able to purchase the unit but not make it in right away. Teresa called to make I was good with my transaction. She was more pleasant in person. Thank y’all.
