We used this storage facility this summer to store items from my son's dorm room .The men who came to pick up the items from his dorm room were very professional and efficient. They arrived at the set time and were very organized. I called to set a date for the items to be brought back to his new dorm room in August and the person on the phone was very helpful. I definitely will be using this storage facility again next year!
Really enjoyed my experience with Closetbox. I needed to move out of one apartment and into a new one 3 months later, so this was the perfect company for me. Three men came promptly at 9 am to pick up all of my furniture, they wrapped it and carried it down half a flight of stairs very efficiently. Overall cost is very reasonable for storage and the free pickup saved me a lot of time and money.
Absolutely amazing! All I had to do was pack up my things, unhook a few items and the rest was taken care of! Customer service was excellent as well. Anytime I had a question I always reached someone on the phone who was eager to answer my question or point me in the direction of someone could. If I ever have to move again, I'll surely use this company!
