All My Sons Moving & Storage

Very pricey. The movers Rick and Kaleb were nice and very funny. Although the movers were good, I would look for another company that isn’t as pricey. They put us down for four hours when it only took about three.nnUpdate: they just called me and adjusted the time and bill. They’re actually going to refund me money back. That’s what I call great customer service. They actually took the time to read the reviews and talk to the me to see how they can make it right. I really appreciate that.

Kenny, Sade, and Christian made the experience incredibly easy and straight forward. Super quick in and out and extremely professional. All were hard working and very friendly. I have moved 10 times in the past 10 years and this has been the best experience so far. Highly recommended for your next move!

I have moved several times in my life and used professional movers at least six times in the last ten years. My recent experience with All My Sons was by far the worst I have ever had. First, the crew shows up and the driver does not have a mask and when asked to wear one he didn't even have one in the truck. Fine, I gave him a disposable and we were able to get started. I paid for 4 professional movers and received 2. Two of the movers were women, one gave about 25% effort and the other was apparently there for emotional support and whined all day and sat in the truck. The crew was incredibly slow from the first moment and clearly had no idea how to efficiently pack a truck or storage container. I had to ask for several of my items to be covered to protect them during the move. About 4-5 hours into the move I was told that I needed to pay NOW, even though they were not done. Then, the driver made me write my F'ing credit card information on a paper form as that was the ONLY way they could process payment. What freaking kind of business still does this? So now my credit card number is floating around in a moving truck with some amateur movers. All I can say is stay away from All My Sons, they are not professional, do not live up to their promises, do not value the privacy of your financial data, and send inexperienced movers and still charge you full price. You would do just as well to hire random day laborers and take your chances.

Great quote process. Very knowledgeable. Excellent crews for two moves - very professional. However, overcharged for the move based on an hourly rate quoted. Never really got the details of the charges or reconciled to the amount I was finally quoted. Was given a credit but not the amount I believe I was owed. Would use again but make sure the bill is accurate.

The All My Sons team that handled our move - led by Geran Harris was exceptional! The first thing I was impressed with was how quickly they got started. We did a quick walk-through to discuss what was being packed and moved and then they got right to work. They moved fast and efficiently and they cared for our furniture and items as if they were their own. That meant a lot to us. Additionally there was not a nick or a scratch on any of the walls, door jambs, doors or anything. The unload at our new house was also flawless. We will continue to use and recommend All My Sons to anyone undertaking the daunting task of moving.
