I needed temporary storage and the facility was great with all my needs. Even when I needed to add additional storage they were swift to get me set up and even offered me one month free. My move out was easy as well. The facility was always clean and easily accessible. I would highly recommend.

I’m writing this review regarding the facility located 1605 Old Alabama Rd., Roswell, GA, 30076.nnOriginally my experience was fantastic. A youngnman helped me and facilitated setup.nnMy experience went down hill. I experienced mold damage evidenced by water puddles in the hall. Mold on items in my locker etc. I reported this twice to no avail.nnI began to see water damage on the ceiling and adjacent locker wallsnnUpon speaking with management a third time I was very rudely asked by the site manager (I wish I had recorded his name),.nnI had the insurance sold by the extra insurance co but I was asking for him to come see.nnYes I did. I purchased the advertised ExtraStorage insurance m. I was requesting him to come and verify evidence that would have evaporated in a few hours.nI explained and was told to w. 2 hours and no one showed.nnI paid $142-$160 per month for a climate control unit that was a lemon. And ruined art and furniture.nI can’t afford to put on my home insurance.nAlso this company never kept trolleys available or consistent indoor like lighting.nnI will not rent again

Over the moon with the customer service that we recently received!nI have been a customer for my personal & professional needs since the facility opened. I have always had a good experience but today was enough to make me stay in this facility when I thought I may have to move to get what I needed.nThis management team solved all of our needs! They were professional & personable...they offered options & helped us find the perfect solution to help us grow our business!nI recommend this facility & the management team for all of your needs. Very impressed. Exceedingly pleased!n10++++
