Manager on site (Rose) was very professional and accommodating. I was a walk-in, and I arrived closer to closing time, but Rose took the time to ensure I didn’t feel rushed into my decision. She also knew her vacancy layout well enough to inform me she had the perfect location for my specific needs...which was perfect.nThanks for making the process “effortless.”
Really happy with the overall experience. Very clean, climate controlled units. No bugs. Easy access and easy to get set up. I did everything over the phone. I would highly recommend this location.
If you look up the words professional, kind, and patient, you will see a picture of Rose. She is the manager of this location. I’ve rented from this location since it opened, and I’m so glad I did. The team keeps the grounds and the inside of the location squeaky clean. I’ve had a few setbacks since renting here, and Rose took care of each situation. I’m extremely satisfied with Rose and her team. Selecting this location could not have worked out better. If you are looking for a place to handle your storage needs, look no further. Gabby was so sweet and helpful. I really appreciate her being informative and her knowledge of all the different size units!! I would definitely recommend this location and Gabbys exceptional customer service skills to anyone!!
I am really pleased with my experience so far! The online sign up was very easy and the staff was very kind and helpful answering my questions. I was glad to find the facility so clean and very well lit!
