It was nicely laid out
Came right at closing, but these guys were still happy and smiling. I was looking for a cheap phone for my son. They walked me through the plans available and the full amount we'd owe. No hastle and extremely honest.
Great service at this store. Our issue was handled quickly. This issue cound not corrected by poor customer service representative on the phone.
For some reason some agents talk down to customers. If you ask a question they will refer you to the website...so...explain to me why do MetroPCS need you at the store ? However, if you drive 2 blocks East and walk into the TMobile Store you will have a much better experience...what is interesting is that Metro and T-Mobile are the same company...I guess Metro PCS has lower standards when it comes to customer service...I just changed my carrier and now I am much happier.
