My wife and I were shopping on January 2nd, later in the evening. My wife had a handful of items to purchase but we couldn't find ANYONE to check us out. We waited at least 15 minutes and were just about to put them items back when we saw someone at the makeup counter. Her name is Riki and she very pleasantly took very good care of us. Macy's owes Riki a debt of gratitude as this could have been a 1 star review of not for her.

Will NEVER order furniture from Macy's again. I purchased a sofa and love seat from them back in November 2020 with scheduled delivery for January 2021. Come January, I was informed my delivery was pushed to February. In February, pushed to March then April! I could not BELIEVE it. Macy's didn't even have the accountability to call me directly and tell me, it was all relayed via email.nnStill upset, we called to tell Customer Service we had actually bought a house and needed to change the delivery address. The woman kindly told us this would come from a different depot and they had what we wanted in STOCK! Well we went ahead and changed the love seat to the chair, making our order for a sofa and chair and delivery was SCHEDULED for March 19th, 2021. Can you guess what happened next?nnToday, THE DAY BEFORE DELIVERY, we get an email advising delivery has been rescheduled for April 9th. The best customer service could do was a measly $80 off. I had already taken off work to ensure I could be there for delivery and $80 discount is an embarrassment. In today's day and age, I expect more from these companies and I am HUGELY disappointed in their customer retention strategies!nnWould NEVER recommend.

I go for a certain brand of makeup. Ling is always wonderful, helpful and super fantastic.nnI would recommend this Macy's (North point mall), this makeup counter over all

I haven't been to Macy's in a long time. I've always liked Macy's and I hope this location weathers the COVID storm. There were plenty of employees in the areas I visited. I'll definitely return soon for bedding and pillows.
