The pretzels at this location are always fluffy and quality. I can’t really say the same about other mall locations. Customer service is alright for a pretzel place.
Front desk guy is Very rude and arrogant. He raised his eyebrows as soon as we went there for ordering. He is like he doesn’t want customers and want to just sit there doing nothing.
Nice food but really horrible front desk guy! Never saw that rude person!

Walked away without purchasing anything. The guy at the counter is extremely rude. I will never spend another dime there again. Too bad there is not an option for zero stars.
