Ok Location, If You Are Running Late For Work Etc.
No customer service at all! The manager especially is a very disrespectful person, yelling angrily at the employees because they didn't speak to me in Spanish, I always go to that store and never have the excited people made me feel as bad as the manager! when he is the one who should give a good service as an example for his employees !! sooo bad
It's an awkward place for a drive thru, you will almost always get sent to a waiting spot. Hot sandwiches are just warm. Always ask them to double-toast it. 3 stars for donuts and coffee consistency.
I'm only giving 3 stars because there is a man that work there. But wake up wraps and potatoes are never crispy like they are at every other Dunkin. Egg on the wrap are disgustingly cold and mussy
