I had a terrible experience with this company. I had a confirmed move for last week. Twenty minutes after the scheduled time of the move, I called because no one had arrived. Mr. Jeremy informed me that his movers are stuck at some work and should be calling me shortly. I asked him specifically if they would be able to arrive and all he said was 'they are just getting delayed they should be calling you shortly'. Another half hour went by and there was no call. I called back again and by now, Mr. Jeremy just stopped answering calls. I was calling continuously because I had to move on that day. So I at least needed to know if they could make it on that day, and if not I had to find someone else. I texted Mr. Jeremy this to no avail - no response. A full 3 hours after the scheduled Move, Mr. Jeremy texts me and says his movers got held up at another job and wouldn't be able to come. No apology, no words to say he was sorry for the trouble, nothing! I had to scramble to get another mover and couldn't find one to move during the weekend. Of course, nothing Mr. Jeremy needs to be concerned about. He only falsely gave me an appointment, and didn't tell me they had to cancel until 3 hours after the scheduled time. But that's okay - that happens everyday in this company I guess? The worst thing about this experience was Mr. Jeremy's lack of contrition about it. It seemed like he was saying : 'Well you booked with our company, this is what you get'. Thanks for teaching me that lesson, sir. I am hoping others can benefit from my experience here. My suggestion is to stay far away from this place.

Clyde and Darrel came in and did our move. They arrived promptly at 8:30am. We were slotted for 4 hours and they did our move in 4 hours and 5 mins. They were nothing but professional. They were funny and got everything moved in a timely manner. If I ever have another move I definitely will request them to do my move. Patrick gave me the quote and he was right on with the amount and the price.

My original appointment window was early in the morning so I took the day off work only to be informed that the movers pushed a job in front of mine so they weren't going to be there until the afternoon. Afternoon comes and still no movers. An hour passes still no movers. It's now 2 and we're just sitting there waiting to the point where we began moving things over to the new place on our own. Movers didn't show up until 2:45. When we called for updates Patrick was super nice but Aaron who stated that he was the manager was abrasive and dismissive as if that's just how the cookie crumbled and we should deal with them being late. Didn't offer us any sort of compensation or discount just said okay it is what it is. Only giving 2 stars because the movers, Lawrence and the guys that helped him, and Patrick at the office were really nice and reasonable. Movers also quickly got it done and wrapped our stuff well. Avoid Aaron at all cost though, he'll make an already stressful situation way worse.

I heard about Best Deal through a Facebook Moms group page. The initial interaction on the phone to set up service was pleasant I will say that. They quoted me a lot more than any other mover I have used but I went with it because I had read good things! The day of the move the movers were 2 hours late and it really just went downhill from there. Only 1 of the 3 guys wore a mask. One did a number 2 in my new place! One was smoking black and mild cigars basically right in my face. For the money I paid I definitely expected it to be more professional. I reached out to Patrick who set me up in the beginning and wanted to voice my experience, in hopes he could somehow set things right. He told me they had people call out and they were short and that they almost had to cancel my move all in all on that day and he did the best he can. Which I appreciate, however, its not my problem that they didn't have enough help. He gave me his managers name, Scott Reyes, who I then reached out to and its been over a week and no word. Definitely feel like I have been giving the run around. My move was on 11/25 and still no word. I definitely will not use this company again.
