Love this place...the people are so friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean and safe. I’ve used storage facilities in the past and this is the best. They are reasonably priced as well!
I went alone on a Sunday after booking a spot late Sat night. Office is closed on Sundays. Place is clean and nice with carts available. I would have felt better if there were more security cameras or if place wasnt so hidden behind massive dirt berm but no big deal. Maps or numbers would have been good 1st time there so i would know where to park or where my unit was. I found it difficult to hold door open for cart and banged my arm. Automatic sliding doors would be better. Thanks
Extra Space Storage was super easy to reserve and everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. Johnny was especially helpful and efficient in getting me all set up with online document signing and everything I needed. Thank you!
Very gracious and hospitable. Painless and as advertised with no surprises. Nice, clean facility with ample access via elevator. Good security and climate control.
