Such a great experience! I was greeted as I walked in. Stanley was great and very helpful! He gave me a quick tour of the premises and showed me where to pull my car when I'm ready to unload. He explained everything in great detail and was extremely nice. It's hard to find great customer service these days, and Stanley definitely set the bar! I highly recommend CubeSmart and more specifically this location. Thank you!
Janice and Stanley have gone above and beyond the call of duty on several occasions!nI checked out of one of my storage units over a week ago however the movers I hired left my lock on the door. Janice called me to let me know the lock had been left so I could quickly return to remove it so I wouldn’t be charged for an additional month.nnThis is the kind of reasonable customer service that I really appreciate!!nThey are all so friendly and always helpful.nThanks!nMicah
Clean, safe and efficient facility. Very easy access to load and unload your belongings. Staff is very helpful whenever you need them I’d highly recommend!
Everything is good but watch put for the mandatory insurance fee (about $12/month) that was not discussed during the reservation process. They are willing to waive it if u provide a home insurance record. Wish I knew that in the reservation process, so that I can have the record ready. Instead, I had to mandatory pay for it when the hard copies are in transportation. Just a little sour taste from that.nnJust want to followup on this, the store manager (Stanley) worked diligently to try to waive the insurance cost after we provided a copy of our insurance plan.
I would highly recommend this location. Clean, easy access, and very convenient. The staff was wonderful and very helpful!
