I am currently in the process of relocating from VA to GA and need a storage location for a few months. Searching on the web, I came across this location which is really close to where I will be living. A few weeks ago, I swung by to check out the property and the available options based on the space I need. Vanessa and Andrew went the extra mile to show me multiple units and how the process would work. They even committed to call me 2 weeks prior to the lease start date to make sure I would be able to make a reservation that would fit my needs. I got their call on the date we agreed on !.nnOutstanding customer service ! Both were super friendly, very professional, and went above and beyond to work with my situation and constraints, specially considering that I am not living in GA yet.nnWould highly recommend everyone that needs storage to look in this location and CubeSmart leadership to reward Vanessa and Andrew for their professionalism and customer service skills.
This has to be hands down the best storage unit I have been too. Reasonable price and easy to move in when I needed too. The staff has been very helpful through the whole moving process.
Vanessa was fabulous. I have never rented a unit before. She was patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Showed me options and provided support information for using my unit. Thank you Cube Smart for hiring someone like her !!!!! Also love my space
Cubesmart is awesome, Vanessa was extremely helpful in helping me find the right storage unit. This location seems to be brand new, nice clean and tidy inside. Would recommend!
