I hardly qualify as a T-Mobile customer. Last month, I purchased a sim cardnTo use in a security camera after visiting other stores this one is by far the best in customer service. I especially, appreciate Jo who helped in every way possible to answer my questions/concerns.. when I returned to pay on my prepaid bill weeks later,nJo remembered everything about my account and helped me decide which plan to continue. The young lady who helped me pay my bill was also courteous and helpful..Thanks for everything.

I received the BEST customer service experience at this T-Mobile store. Omar is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, patient and the nicest person that you would ever want to work with. T-Mobile is lucky to have him as an employee. Omar was able to transfer my data to a new phone and also set me up on a plan that saved me money. I also love the look and the layout of this store. It is extremely neat and clean and appealing to the eyes. The other employees are friendly as well.

I don’t usually write reviews but I went to this store the other day to pay my phone bill and to ask a few questions I had and I had a very pleasant experience so I knew I definitely needed to write a review. Jo was very helpful and patient with all of my questions and concerns and had me in and out of the store in a very timely manner. Was at the store yesterday and Jo helped me with my account. She was VERY knowledgeable and was able to help me clear up my issue. Customer serviced like hers is why I've been with T-Mobile over 20 years and will continue with them.
