Seriously fantastic people work here! Even the new guy Brandon who checked me out with a great personality and smile! I love it when you can see those things even though they are wearing a mask!nSince T-Mobile took over I have been disappointed because they closed my favourite repair store in Norcross. I have found my new favourite!!!!nEbony and Jerron (In unison) greeted me with enthusiasm Before I could get through the door. The issues my phone had been experiencing in the last 24 hours due to an update I didn't even know I got were resolved in the 1st 3 minutes. My cracked screen scratched case and battery were replaced in an hour! Granted I walked through the door at just the right moment they did get a little busy in the next hour but I noticed every customer being greeted with the same enthusiasm and being taken care of just as efficiently and timely as I waz! Personally I do not enjoy having people do something for me if they don't want to do it.... I cannot tell you how grateful I am to have found such an efficient team who were very happy to help!!!!!

Fabian was our customer service team member and he was fantastic in-terms of his service and to clarify our questions. We went there just before closing the store but he never hesitated to provide their best service. There was another customer at the same time but he ensured we didn't feel bad or never changed his focus when he tried to clarify other customer questions. Fantastic Fabian!
