most shady operation. i paid for the phone in full and now i have some financed amount on my account. They over charged me for an iphone 12, charged $860 for a phone on verizon.com for $849. charged me $20 for a SIM that i never received. did not advise i had to pay verizon a $40 upgrade fee. do not do business with them. go to a real verizon store!!!
Poor customer service and lacking expertise!nnStaff provided incorrect information about my finance options which forced me have products delivered to the store while I decided which route to take. After contacting customer service, I realized I was misinformed. I was then unable to pick up my items due to my schedule and inability to arrive prior to closing. Finally, I made it (fourth attempt), but sadly was advised my products were sold to someone else. I received no communication about that status of my order nor did I receive notice my items will be sold to some else after I was assured it would be placed in a safe until I came to pick it up. Wasted several days trying get there before closing and time on hold trying to get to customer service to clarify incorrect information. Don’t waste your time just order online or call in. I wish I did!
Malisa was very helpful and nice to work with when other Verizon locations are down right hateful to deal with because of all the totally fake virus nonsense which they use to harass everyone with. Malisa really helped my wife a lot!
Can’t say enough about Melissa and the great customer service at this location. While their coverage is great, Verizon typically has confusing programs and mediocre service. Definitely not so at this store where Melissa was quick to understand our needs relative to getting a new phone and a better service plan. She quickly and clearly laid out options and found something that worked great for us. Super representative for Verizon!
Melissa Bray is the representative that waited on me and I have to say that she is an outstanding member of Verizon wireless team, she goes above and beyond the expectations of any customer service representative. I will only do business at the store where she works. I have had problems with customer service from Verizon before and she has redeemed your company every time. I would recommend her for a promotion to manager. She is a real team leader and should be rewarded accordingly.
