I brought my daughter’s violin in because it was not holding a tune. I tried to follow several YouTube videos online to Fox it but I couldn’t do it. When I walked in John stopped what he was doing and immediately worked on the violin. He charged me nothing. It is obvious they want to promote music in the community and build relationships with their customers. I will be coming back. Thank you!
Was a good experienced staff. Helped in many ways finding the instrument I needed.
Absolutely brilliant experience. Got my Jazz Bass from here & being a first time Bass buyer John was extremely helpful in making a choice on an instrument. My delight is even after months, I walk in there for something as silly as tightening a knob or adjusting the action (a non revenue customer) I get the same treatment him & his team.nnHighly Recommended
