I have known Mr. Joseph Thomas for more than ten years. He has repaired and cleaned two of my computers during that time. He helped me to select a new laptop and I bought a refurbished desktop computer from him a couple of years ago. All of them are working well. He is exceptional in customer service, available whenever I need him. He will not leave the job unresolved and his charges are very reasonable. Mr. Joseph Thomas, is a knowledgeable, skillful individual in the area of refurbished computers with many years of experience in selecting the proper computer tailored to your individual needs. I had the pleasure of meeting him in January of 2012, when I purchased computers for myself and family. He is hard working, honest and will not sell you a computer which you don't need, as he is good at suggesting other solutions to your desired needs. He backs his sales with outstanding service to the products he sells. I should also mention that the quality and cost for the computers he sells is at a reasonably low price, for the durability and life of the product. I have been extremely happy with all the product I have purchased from him, as well as his service of those products.
