I have been to nearly every Costco in the greater Atlanta area, this is one of the best! This Costco is in a busy area, but it is conveniently in a shopping center of it's own. There is always parking. The team that works here is always helpful and they all seem to know their store. I also appreciate how clean this store always is! I love Costco! Even as a single person, I still find amazing bargains. When I didn't have health insurance for a couple of months, I used their pharmacy. You won't find a better deal on new tires. The extended warranty on large appliances is second to none! I purchased a new dishwasher in May 2020. Costco doubled the warranty from one year to two, and since I used my Costco Visa, it doubled to four. I was able to buy everything I needed during the early, crazy days of the pandemic.

Good Costco, but just like every other one in the metro, very crowded most of the time. It can be difficult to enter and exit this particular one from my experience every time I go here as there is really only one road going in and out, which leads to a lot of traffic when combined with people parking, pedestrian traffic, and the lines for the gas station. Avoid going here on the weekend if you can.

1st time ever worst return experience from Costco from African American middle age lady .nnWe buy lot of products from Costco every week in store and online and generally they are very good.nnI received a wrong product online. I tried calling Costco online customer service they had long wait time upto an hour hence took it to the store for return.nnDespite I mentioned her it’s so difficult to call online customer care, she was not helpful.She said I will have to call the customer care to get it replaced. I thought I got caught with an inexperienced person but she said she is the supervisor. I was not able to return the product. She was also extremely slow and rude to begin with....nnPeople will stop buying online, eventually losing lot of customer .nnHopefully Costco will notice this and create appropriate measures to help customers.
