2 stars because I ordered half soup half sandwich in the drive thru and they gave me the wrong soup and no side. They replaced it when I asked them to, but this shouldn’t have happened in the first place (not the first time either!). Used to love Panera for their good food but they need to stop screwing up orders all the time, especially considering the amount they charge.
I haven’t caught the young lady’s name that works the drive thru in the mornings, but she is always so kind. Even if service is a little slow, her demeanor makes up for it every time!
Place was clean but waited for around 15-20min for a single tea ordered via mobile for in-store pickup. Don't know if my order didn't show up on their screens or they just ignored them. Whatever, 20min for a tea is ridiculous!
Terrible customer service. The staff speaks to customers like the are worthless. If you go thru the drive thru they have you pull into a parking spot, defeating the purpose. They have you reach 3 feet away to insert your card. No other restaurant does this any longer. Ridiculous. Will not be back.
Thought we'd stop by to get some hot soup in this cold day. Place was not busy. Miss the coziness it used to offer pre-pandemic.nOrdered 1/2 Turkey BLT& cup of soup.nNo sweet tea.nSampled the orange passion fruit drink. That tasted fermented. Quickly poured it down drain. Settled for soft drink.
