From start to finish my experience with Mark exceeded all my expectations. He worked with me on what I had envisioned for some personalized cookies and created the the perfect cookies for a birthday present. He was always available for any questions and the cookies were outstanding. Looking forward to using this incredible company many more times in the future!
We LOVE Mark and his staff. They are so wildly talented and everything they make is delicious. They have done my daughters birthday cake every year and we get nothing but compliments on the design and the taste. This year for Christmas we decided to support a small business for our Christmas cookie decorating tradition and went to The Bakers Man. Such a great little kit and the great quality and taste. Now he will be part of our birthday parties and Christmas traditions.
Amazing cake and very professional care and communication! I ordered a small cake for my mother’s birthday and she was ecstatic with Mark’s creation (the topper was my own). Tasted great and very reasonably priced for a custom cake. Will be returning for future celebrations! Thank you Mark!
This is an amazing company. Mark was great. Customer service was on point. They made the process of finding a wedding cake for our nature wedding very easy. When we had to make changes to our plans, he was very accommodating.
